Positive Light Project

The Positive Light Project is a community initiative by Masoom Care, created to support carers, single parents, widows, and individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The project offers a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where participants can improve their wellbeing, learn practical life skills, and build lasting friendships.

Running every Wednesday and Thursday, the programme combines educational workshops with engaging activities that promote both physical and mental wellbeing. Participants have the opportunity to enjoy mindfulness sessions, healthy cooking classes, gentle exercise, nutrition guidance, creative workshops, and outdoor wellbeing trips, helping them develop confidence while reducing isolation.

The Positive Light Project encourages people to connect with others, gain emotional support, and improve their overall quality of life. By bringing the community together, Masoom Care aims to create brighter days, stronger relationships, and healthier lifestyles for everyone involved.
